Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@promedizone.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
